Client Terms & Import Policy

Every vehicle is processed with care, from auction selection to final delivery.

For pre-order and Japanese auction vehicles, clients are required to confirm their booking with a security deposit based on the vehicle value. The bidding or sourcing process starts only after deposit confirmation.

If the auction bid is unsuccessful, the deposit remains refundable after applicable service charge deduction, as per company policy.

Due to Bangladesh Bank LC margin requirements, full LC-related payment may be required before shipment. Vehicle pricing may vary depending on exchange rate, shipping cost, customs duty, and market condition.

All international cost factors such as JPY rate, USD rate, freight charge, and customs duty will be calculated based on the actual rate at the time of payment.

Estimated vehicle arrival time is usually around 90 days from the auction win date, depending on shipping schedules and port clearance. Once the vehicle is onboarded, any delay caused by the shipping line, port congestion, natural causes, or international logistics will be treated as beyond company control.

Customs duty and port-related charges are payable at actual cost. Any increase or decrease in government tax or customs duty will be adjusted accordingly.

After port release and full payment completion, BRTA registration usually takes 1-2 working days, depending on official processing time.

M4 AUTOS delivers every vehicle in the condition received and processed, along with necessary basic servicing before handover.

Tyres, rims, extra keys, SD cards, dent/paint work, or aftermarket modifications will depend on the vehicle's original condition and availability. Any additional work requested by the client will be charged separately.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the vehicle status, whether it is in showroom stock, port, shipment, or Japan stock.

If payment is not completed within the given timeline, booking may be cancelled automatically, and penalty charges may apply as per company policy.

For auto loan cases, if the bank does not approve financing due to the client's profile, CIB status, or financial eligibility, M4 AUTOS will allow a reasonable period for completion before applying cancellation terms.

For ready stock vehicles, clients may inspect the vehicle at any reputed service center or workshop before final confirmation.

If any major issue is found in the engine, gearbox, or hybrid system, cancellation and refund may be considered as per company policy. Minor serviceable issues will be repaired before delivery.
