Once a vehicle is booked, M4 AUTOS reserves that unit for the customer and may stop offering it to other potential buyers. For this reason, we request every customer to review the vehicle details, pricing, payment plan, and loan eligibility carefully before confirming any booking.
Booking Confirmation
A vehicle booking is considered confirmed once the customer pays the booking amount and agrees to proceed with the purchase.
After confirmation, M4 AUTOS begins the necessary process, which may include vehicle reservation, documentation, payment coordination, port or showroom preparation, bank communication, and delivery planning.
For this reason, all confirmed bookings are treated as final, and booking money is non-refundable, except under refund-eligible conditions mentioned in this policy.
Customer-Friendly Commitment
We understand that purchasing a vehicle is an important decision. M4 AUTOS always tries to support customers with proper information, flexible guidance, inspection support, and professional communication before final delivery.

Payment Completion Timeline
After booking confirmation, the customer must complete the required payment within 21 days from the booking date, unless otherwise officially agreed in writing by M4 AUTOS.
If full payment is not completed within the given timeline, the booking may be automatically cancelled without further notice.
In such case, a cancellation charge of BDT 1,00,000 or 5% of the vehicle price, whichever is higher, will be applicable.
Auto Loan Cases
M4 AUTOS may assist customers with auto loan support through banks or financial institutions. However, final loan approval depends entirely on the customer's financial profile, income source, CIB report, required documents, and bank policy.
If the auto loan is not approved within 21 days from the booking date, or if the customer fails to complete the purchase after loan approval, the booking may be cancelled as per company policy.
In such cases, the applicable cancellation charge will be BDT 1,00,000 or 5% of the vehicle price, whichever is higher.
Cancellation by Customer
If a customer decides to cancel the booking after confirmation due to personal reasons, change of decision, loan rejection, delay in payment, or inability to complete the purchase, cancellation charges will apply.
The cancellation fee is applied because the booked vehicle is reserved for the customer, and M4 AUTOS may lose other sales opportunities while also investing time, documentation, and operational effort.

Refund Eligible Conditions
M4 AUTOS ensures a fair and transparent purchase experience. A full refund may be provided only under the following conditions:
Major Fault Before Delivery
For ready stock vehicles, customers may inspect the vehicle at a reputed and recognized workshop before final delivery.
If the workshop officially confirms a major fault in any of the following systems, the customer may cancel the booking and receive a full refund:
- Engine
- Gearbox
- Hybrid system
This refund facility applies only when the major fault is certified before delivery by a reputed workshop.
Serviceable or Minor Issues
Such issues may include:
Minor, cosmetic, or serviceable issues will not be considered as a reason for full cancellation or refund.
- Suspension service
- Shock absorber issue
- Wheel balancing or alignment
- Brake servicing
- Tyre condition
- General servicing
- Minor rust
- Small dent
- Paint touch-up
- Interior or cosmetic wear
If any such issue is found before delivery, M4 AUTOS will handle it professionally through repair, servicing, adjustment, or proper disclosure before handover.
Failure to Deliver by M4 AUTOS
If M4 AUTOS fails to deliver the confirmed vehicle due to company-side inability, unavoidable documentation issue, stock unavailability, import complication, or any reason beyond the customer's control, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
Alternatively, M4 AUTOS may offer another suitable vehicle option, subject to customer approval.
Exchange Support
Instead of cancellation, customers may request to transfer their booking to another available vehicle from M4 AUTOS stock.
Approval of exchange will depend on vehicle availability, price adjustment, documentation status, and management approval.
M4 AUTOS will always try to provide a practical and customer-friendly solution where possible.
Refund Process
Any approved refund will be processed through an official and verified payment method after proper verification of:

Auction Sheet Verification Refund
If a customer pays for auction sheet verification and the report cannot be provided, refund may be applicable as per company verification policy.
If manual search is required and the report is still not found, partial refund may be applicable depending on the verification process.
